Simply browse our website, select the products that you wish to buy and check out via our secure server. We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch & Solo), BACS, cheques or Paypal. You can also place an order and pay over the phone. Ring us on 01424 460022. If paying by personal or company check, please allow 3-5 business days for clearance of funds before actual shipping of your order. Shipping And Handling Prices on our website are exclusive of postage & packaging but inclusive of VAT. Upon checkout, postage will be added. Our delivery prices for all online orders (regardless of cart value) are as follows: UK Delivery - £2.49 on all orders (First Class), Rest of Europe - £4.89, U.S. - £8.99, with UK orders over £40.00 qualifying for free delivery. Delivery Schedule We process your order as soon as it is received and aim to despatch your goods within 1-3 business days. We strive to maintain a healthly inventory of stock at all times and seldom have to back order items. We do ask that customers give us as much advance notice as possible around peak times such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas. Since all of our soaps and body care products are handmade by us, there is an extra element of time involved in all stages of our production and we also want to provide you with items which are freshly made. Tax Charges Listed retail prices on our website are inclusive of VAT which is currently at 15%.  VAT will go back up 17.5% as of January 1, 2010. Guarantee & Returns Policy We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply contact us and we will replace or refund your purchase.
