Making A Purchase
Placing an order with us is easy. Simply browse our website, select the products that you wish to buy and check out via our secure server. We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch & Solo), BACS, cheques or Paypal. You can also place an order and pay over the phone. Ring us on 01424 460022. Our hours are operation are M-F, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Credit card payments are processed by WorldPay which runs on a completely secure server. Paypal payments can be sent to sales@visionarysoap.co.uk. If paying by personal or company check, please allow 3-5 business days for clearance of funds before actual shipping of your order.
Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, simply email or call us and we will be happy to oblige.
Shipping And Handling
Prices on our website are exclusive of postage & packaging as well as VAT. Upon checkout, postage and VAT will be added. Our delivery prices for all online orders (regardless of cart value) are as follows: UK Delivery - £1.99 on all orders (First Class), Rest of Europe - £3.99, U.S. - £7.50
Delivery Schedule
We process your order as soon as it is received and aim to despatch your goods within 1-3 business days. We strive to maintain a healthly inventory of stock at all times and seldom have to back order items. We do ask that customers give us as much advance notice as possible around peak times such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas. Since all of our soaps and body care products are handmade by us, there is an extra element of time involved in all stages of our production and we also want to provide you with items which are freshly made.
Tax Charges
VAT is charged at 17.5% on all orders. Again, listed retail prices on our website are exclusive of VAT with this being added during the checkout phase.
Guarantee & Returns Policy
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply contact us and we will replace or refund your purchase. We abide by "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm - this means we will take all reasonable care to ensure that goods supplied are in an acceptable condition. Please contact us immediately if you experience any dissatisfaction with our products.
