May 2008 Newsletter
Greetings everyone,
We are going to keep May's newsletter short and sweet as things are absolutely buzzing for us at the moment! Please read on though as we have some specials going on this month, our April giveaway to announce and as usual, some bits of exciting news to share.
News/Events
There are now four of us... Monica, Samantha and Marketa have welcomed Charmaine into our growing little family. Charmaine is our neighbor, has recently turned 16 and eager to gain some work experience. We are very happy to have her!
We have just received our first order from Amnesty International. Known the world over for its important human rights work, needless to say, we are very excited to be working with them.
Oxfam has already placed their Autumn/Winter 2008 order so there is no shortage of work to be done! It is the largest order we have received to date so lots of planning, organising and scope for new equipment...all we can say is WOW!
We have just submitted our IFAT application. Many of you will be pleased to hear this. It has been a long process and not easy to do with everything moving 100 miles per hour, but it has finally been turned in and we anticipate official membership shortly. Monica now has the Soil Association application staring her in the face so its on to that next, we guess!
We will be announcing two new products in our June newsletter, so do stay tuned...
And lastly, we are also busy preparing ourselves for a visit from Stolichnaya Trading Company towards the end of this month. They operate Globus Gourmet, an ever expanding chain of high end shops throughout Russia. They are sending a team of their best sales assistants to learn more about us and our products. We have worked with them for some time now and see this as a great opportunity to expand our relationship with them!

Winners of our April Giveaway and May Specials
The April winners of our Relax Gift Boxes are Helen M. in Hastings and Linda M. in Haywards Heath. For May, we will be giving away introductory samples of our new products to 5 lucky customers. Anyone placing an online order with us this month will automatically be entered with winners being announced in June. Good luck!
Lastly, we are having a bit of a spring clear out and invite you to have a look at our website to see some specials we have going on at the moment. Also, in order to make room for new stock, we have nearly 2500 gift boxes in 3 different sizes and 14 colours that we have marked down. We are happy to offer these at the same price whether wholesale or retail. These are really great prices on these gorgeous boxes so don't miss out! If you are interested in a quote for a bulk purchase, do let us know. Also, wholesale customers, place a minimum £150 order (exclusive of VAT) and receive free delivery during the month of May. 'A little note to say all has arrived safely and everything smells gorgeous!!! I just LOVE the bath melts - wowzers, can't stop smelling the lemongrass!! I recently held a 2 day event and one lady who had visited the event on the Friday, came back on day 2 to scoop up a big handful of bath melts...she had gone home on the Friday night and used a Geranium Rose Melt in her bath and it had been so heavenly that she rushed back first thing on Saturday to buy more before they all sold out!
